I visited Dr. Feder a few days ago for the first time. Since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, I was a little apprehensive about going. Dr. Feder immediately put me at ease. He is a kind and gentle dentist. He performed a root canal with very little discomfort to me. Dr. Feder is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated it that he explained everything to me and told me what work I needed. I am so happy that I found him and would recommend him without reservation.
I absolutely LOVE this office. To start off my husband hates dentists, but ever since he starting seeing Dr. Feder and his team he actually doesn’t mind going and he always comes out with a BIG smile. Dr. Feder is great and makes you feel very comfortable. His whole team is just amazing. Andrea, Deborah, Diane, and Fran are all so sweet and so helpful. My husband and I will never go to any other dentist. Thank you all!
I visited Dr. Feder for the first time yesterday. I have been having trouble finding a good dentist. For the past three years I have tried other dentists and have not been happy with them at all. What a relief it was to find Dr. Feder! I have finally found my new dentist! On a personal level, Dr. Feder is very kind and personable. While I was waiting to be seen I observed how he greeted all of his patients with a smile! Upon entering his room, a member of his very competent and friendly staff asked what issues I had with my teeth. She proceeded to take X-rays of the problem areas and took notes for the doctor. When the doctor entered the room, he showed me (on a television screen) what my X-rays looked like. He explained what was going on with my teeth and what he was going to have to do to remedy the problem. He got to work right away and spent a lot of time with me. (He had to prepare my tooth for a crown which he will install in two weeks. He spent a lot of time cleaning up my tooth and making impressions to insure the crown would be the right size. Presently I have a crown in my mouth which is way too big because my previous dentist did not take the time to make sure it was the right size.). He is a very gentle and compassionate doctor. He always explained step by step what he was doing and repeatedly asked if I was ok or in any pain while he was working. Also, he always had an assistant working with him. I have never gone to a dentist who completely erased any anxiety I had and made me feel comfortable while he was working! In addition to Dr. Feder being a great dentist, he employs a terrific staff! Every single one of them were pleasant and competent in their jobs. When I called to make my appointment, the woman who answered the phone gave me an appointment a few days later when I told her I was having pain. I could go on and on about this dentist and his staff! I am so happy I found them! I very highly recommend Dr. Feder!
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Feder for a couple of years, and have always been very happy. We were happy to find out that he had his own practice, and we love the staff, especially Debra (dental hygienist), who is very gentle, and always explains things before doing anything. We just can't say enough good things about Dr. Feder
I must say that I don't dread going to the dentist. Dr. Feder is a joy to have as my dental care provider. His well laid out treatment plan gave me a clear picture of my needs and what the best course of action to take was. His staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly. Moving out of the area presented a challenge. Do I look for dental care closer to hone? I'm glad to say that I have not regretted my decision to continue being a patient in spite of the 40 mile drive.
