The Masoleum is very beautiful and well maintain. We've visited many places before deciding and this tops it all. It is managed Catholics with beautiful statues of different saints, the Virgin Mary, Jesus Christ, and We couldn't be happier with our grandmothers final resting place. The staff is always here to assist you.
Beautiful to visit, groundsman & staff were always very nice to deal with with inquiries, However my latest experience is not working out as well. I made many inquiries in July and had a 3 way conversation w/the funeral director & holy cross at the time my brother was winning his battle with cancer but we thought to make plans. We knew what we wanted and I was satisfied UNTIL my brother passed recently & now they are telling me I was quoted wrong. What a horrible thing to be subjected to and now my brothers ashes await to be put at Peace because Kookla doesn't talk to Fran & Olly and I get the BS. My Family is all over the grounds & parents in a mausoleum I'm now left with a choice to take my brother elsewhere. There was a miscommunication when my father passed 14 yrs ago but was corrected after shelling out $$ it was terrible experience to go through then & here we go again. I am out there every week to pay respects and even clean others grave sites. All I can say is Get it in writing cause when your in your worst situation, people don't care and that's sad.
I am a professional nurse and I care for people prior & during illness.. Why can't those that take care of those after their battles or ordeals do the right thing when your Heart at it's worse.
I secure in my mind that our family rest comfortably in their plots. My visits are chosen wisely and I feel the professionalism every time. Thank you.
