Besides the party helpers, the remainder of the staff was horribly rude. I've never paid so much money to be treated like a criminal. I'll never be back.
Workers in the bad mood, your game stop all the time, takes forever to back, and I really don’t recommend
Facility is in need of some serious updating. Inside appears run down, outside is better, ample parking.
Had my daughter's birthday party there. The facilities are out dated but not run down. The main reason for the one star review is the way we were treated by the staff. We were asked to fill out a survey before we even had the opportunity to experience a single thing and was asked to fill it out every few minutes. The ladies that assisted with the party itself were lovely. Within 10 minutes of being at the lane we were told we had to settle the bill. I've never been forced to settle the bill during the party. The staff for the food area was rude and had terrible policies. While being in the room and having a party host we were forced to hand over a debit card that was crudely held onto in the back pocket of the cook. They wouldn't serve pitchers of water but only large bottles of water. When we had to pay for the food part the cook charged a different patrons card that he was also holding onto in his back pocket. As I sat there with him riffling through the various credit cards in his pocket while the staff refunds the incorrect card originally charged: I was wondering how long it was going to take me to check my bank statement to make sure their incompetencies didn't financially rob me.
The worst place and the worst service. Expensive and the bar doesn’t work well? The kitchen either.
My home away from home. Love everything about it, including the occasional live bands. Chicken parmesan sandwich special includes a drink for $9.10.
Was not crowded. Clean. Automatic scoring. Decent prices. Good old fashioned fun, everyone can bowl! Bar, snack bar also for food.
